Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Attending domestic and overseas animation festivals for 4 years, from 2015 to 2018, we researched on the film-making environments of latest short animated films.By watching a number of films and interviewing, we analyzed and surveyed: changes the computer evolution made in the animation styles and productions, influences the animation festivals have on these film-making environments, and differences of the way of producing between domestic and overseas film production which support film making. As a result, it gets clear that development of computer technology increases the number of animations created with multiple techniques. Furthermore, by comparing domestic and overseas producing environment, we confirmed that producing environment, such as financing and scheduling, have more influence on film making than technical environment.
