Outline of Final Research Achievements

This research aims at create the documental system ofToyotomi governments. Documents of Hideyoshi may function singly, but in many cases it is accompanied by deputies or services of magistrates, and these deputies and supporters may convey instructions of the administration in a concrete and detailed way. A major achievement of this research is the publication of "Ishida Mitunari Den" (January,2017). In addition, the report at the Nippon Komonjo Gakkai held at Waseda University in September, 2016 is a great achievement. This lecture prompts reconsideration from the viewpoint of document function theory about the so-called "argument theory" which has been closely related to the administration theory, entitled "Consideration on the Magistrate issuance / receipt document of the Toyotomi government".
