Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The goal of this research is to propose a system about the cooperation between local governments. First, a basic model for the effective cooperation between local governments was constructed by using Matching Theory. Second, about the staff dispatching to the affected areas after 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, the tendency for a current mechanism of the human resource intermediation to cause the mismatch was revealed.Third, the mismatch between the skills that staffs have and the contents of their job was quantitatively measured by analyzing of questionnaire result.
