Outline of Final Research Achievements

I suggest the following three implications for transformation of business in industrial clusters based on two case studies of Tsubame-Sanjyo district and Okaya-Suwa district.
First, the historical and political factors effect transformations of business in each district. Second, a huge variety of actors may get involved in them. And third,it depend on characteristics of region that who should play the pivotal role and what resources and actions by them are needed.
Based on these, I claim that we need to tackle a further research question about the relation between various area characteristics and entrepreneurial resources, functions and actions.
