Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, I developed a method to deform cellular shape of Escherichia coli by using micro-nano technology. Recent studies identified several proteins which play key role in complex system controlling the shape of E. coli. I fabricated micro chamber and confine E. coli cells into the chamber to see the response of the key proteins of E.coli.
