Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed the pure spin injection probe without charge current injection. By making ferromagnetic / paramagnetic interface within the spin diffusion length from probe tip, and recollect the current flowing that interface, pure spin current can become to be injected to the sample. We also demonstrated the spin injection of this probe by measuring inverse spin hall effect.
