Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Hierarchically structured carbons composed of mesoporous and macroporous were developed for enzyme electrode: the large surface area of mesoporous materials can increase the enzyme loading and electron transfer efficiency, and the macropores enable the efficient mass transport. The porous carbon electrode allows the development of highly efficient screening system of redox enzymes for the application of electrocatalyst.
