Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In matching of stem cells and feeder cells, there is no detailed study on anatomical sites derived from feeder cells. In order to apply human ES cells to regenerative medicine, it is indispensable to construct a human ES cell culture system that eliminates foreign matter. Constructing a feeder cell assay system that keeps undifferentiated state of human ES cells plays a major role in the culture system excluding heterologous derived substances.
