Outline of Final Research Achievements |
By using mesenchymal cells, regenerative induction therapy that activates functions related to target tissues is considered to be one of regenerative medicine. Mesenchymal cells have both high proliferative ability, self-replicating ability and partial totipotency properties, and are also attracting attention as a transplantation device for cell replacement therapy. Bone disease can occur to anyone in daily life. In this study, a basic experiment as a scaffold material using a recombinant protein was carried out and verification of its effectiveness was completed.
