| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, I conducted an interview survey and work observations on ' demonstrated competency' to club managers at community sports clubs. I discovered these competencies, (1) team building (5 items), (2) promoting dialogue (4 items), (3) presenting ideas (4 items), (4) decision making (3 items), (5) human resource procurement (3 (2 items), (6) Human resource development (3 items), (7) administrative execution (2 items), and (8) support for business performance (2 items). However, the results of confirmatory factor analysis did not have sufficient explanatory power as a measurement scale.
