Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research project has analyzed the processes and backgrounds of changes and developments of the administration of judicial review by the Supreme Courts of Japan and the United States. It has revealed how institutions, actors, and events have shaped the development of judicial review by each Court, and has provided insights necessary to form empirical theories of judicial review and constitutional ordering.
