Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research was to consider the human resource management(HRM) system to grasp the reality of HRM practices of recent years' Japanese firms and contribute to the employee justice perception in particular. Concretely, it's explication of factor of justice perception in HRM in firms. It became clear that employee's justice perception changes by a HRM practice factor(degree of difficulty of regular member conversion and comparative target of treatment) and an organizational behavior factor (perceived time perspective and ethical leadership) as a result of this study.
