Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
During the research period from April 2017 to March 2018, most works were done to refine the research and make it publishable in a scholarly journal. I attended international conferences and workshops whose topical issues were centered on leadership and human resource management. Thus, I could join in-depth discussions and such topic-focused discussions provided me insightful ideas and feedback, which helped to enhance the current stage of research. Based on the discussions, it turned out that I should revamp and reframe the stories. According to the reframed story, I supplemented relevant literature and interview data to support the research arguments and enhance their validity. By actively being involved in such activities, I could clarify the areas that should be improved and also the research framework and direction were firmly fixed. Even if all the working processes that I had to go through were tough and delayed the time, such processes were valuable to head all the works in a right direction. I’m now certain that my works are in good progress and the works will benefit my research to gain validity in the logical flow and achieve improved methodological rigor. As scheduled in the research plan, the works will be completed in the structured and timely manner and will be submitted to a scholarly academic journal.
