Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have theoretically proposed the way to detect and control parafermions including Majorana fermions. We have considered the system where the topological superconductor is connected to the normal conductor and have examined the proof of existance of parafermions which appears in the transport properties. The transport properties including the full counting statistics have been calculated using Keldysh Green functions. We have considered transition metal dichalcogenides as the materials for topological superconductors and have investigated the control of the transistors using the ion liquid gate.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
