Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We fabricated easily graphene quantum dot devices by current annealing of nano-fabricated CVD graphene. Zero-bias anomaly of fabricated graphene quantum dots due to Kondo effect was detected at a low temperature. We demonstrated position-controlled graphene synthesis by controlling the nuclear density of synthesized graphene in a CVD method.
