Outline of Annual Research Achievements

During the 2016 fiscal year, some of our recommendations such as to stock relief supplies at shelters which are in risk of becoming isolated after a disaster has selected to be implemented by the Nagoya City Council. In addition, since there was a large-scale earthquake disaster happened in Kumamoto last year, my research team have the chance to help manage the warehouse of relief goods and in-kind donations from individual donors. Our method has proved to reduce the chaos from unsolicited donations as well as improving the effienciency of the operation.
