Outline of Annual Research Achievements

最終年度はまず双晶変形の構成モデルの定式化・実装に取り組んだ。双晶変形の構成モデルは結晶塑性構成モデルやマルテンサイト変態の構成モデルと同様に,結晶学的に規定される変形モードを定式化すれば良く,立方晶に関しては比較的単純である。ここで,結晶塑性構成モデルですでに実施済みの非弾性変形モードに対するエネルギー式の記述を行った。また,各変形モード間の相互作用を結晶塑性構成モデルの方法論にならい変形モード内および変形モード間のパラメータとして定義した。
上記のような結晶塑性学的に規定される構成モデルは,すべり系のような単一の変形モードに対して降伏関数をひとつ定義する形式であり,計算負荷が高い上に解の唯一性がなく不安定となる。そこで本研究では結晶すべり・マルテンサイト変態・双晶変形の各変形モードに対して等方塑性モデルに基づき降伏関数を定義し,相互作用を表現する粗視化した構成モデルの定式化を行い,商用ソフトウェアへの実装に取り掛かった。
以上のように,本研究では金属組織学と連続体力学の橋渡しとなる数理モデルの開発に取り組み,結晶すべり・マルテンサイト変態・双晶変形の金属材料における主要な変形モードを統合して扱うことのできる有限ひずみ弾塑性構成モデルを開発した。エネルギー原理に基づく構成モデルの定式化を採用し,エネルギーを変数とする記述を行い,熱力学データベースとの連携のための基盤を構築した。また,開発モデルの商用有限要素解析ソフトウェアへの実装に取り組み,一部は計算可能である。
