Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study has been clarified that recombinant adeno virus vector (AAV-DJ) is an effective gene transfer method to apply in all kinds of taste cell types (type I, II, III) in vivo. The result is expected to largely contribute to the reserch of taste function.
