| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to find the resistant facters of Staphylococcus aureus against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, we made transposon mutagenesis library of community-acquired S. aureus, TY825. We found 16 candidate genes that might be related to the resistance facter against P. aeruginosa.
