Outline of Final Research Achievements |
CD25 positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML) was associated with poor prognosis after stem cell transplantation. CD25 expression was an independent risk factor for complete remission and event free survival in elderly AML. High level of pretreatment soluble CD25 was an independent prognostic factor for transformation in follicular lymphoma (FL). Measure of pretreatment and posttreatment soluble CD25 was useful to predict the prognosis of FL.
