| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
H30年度は以下の2つの課題に取り組んだ。これらの研究成果は同種造血細胞移植後移植片対宿主病(GVHD)の病態解明とより優れたGVHDの新規治療標的の開発につながるものと考えられる。
1.GVHDの新規バイオマーカーの確立：(1) 海外研究室と協力し、硬化型GVHDに関連する候補蛋白質を検証するコホートでの解析を実施し、新規蛋白が見つかった。結果を海外の共同研究者と議論しながら論文化を進めている。(3) 海外研究室と協力し、硬移植後閉塞性細気管支炎に関連する候補蛋白質を検証するコホートでの解析を実施した。結果を海外の共同研究者と議論しながら論文化を進めている。(4) 日本人GVHDコホートの検体収集を行い、検体解析の準備を進めた。
2.2014年NIH国際コンセンサスの有用性の検証：(1) 前向きに外来の同種移植後患者を評価し臨床データを収集した。(2) 2014年NIH基準を用いて単一施設の413症例を用いて後方視的にGVHDの再分類を行ったデータと海外の施設での708例の症例のデータと比較し、論文投稿した。(3)慢性GVHDの最新知見について日本血液学会総会にて教育講演を行った。
