Outline of Annual Research Achievements

放射線誘発性脱毛モデルに対し、ラット血液より作成したPlatelet rich plasma（以下PRP）を、放射線の線量・投与方法（皮下注射もしくは皮内注射）・投与期間・投与タイミングを変更しながら投与した。検討の結果、最も効果的と思われる組み合わせで、確認実験を行い、照射後7週目まで肉眼的な検討を行った後、組織の採取および染色組織を用いた検討を行った。
肉眼的な評価では、照射に対して、何も投与しなかった群および生理食塩水を皮内注射した群に対し、PRPを皮内注射した群では、7週目まで経時的に照射後の脱毛の程度が軽減された。照射後7週間で採取した組織を用いた組織学的な検討でも同様に、何も投与しなかった群および生理食塩水を皮内注射した群に対し、PRPを皮内注射した群では、照射後の毛根数の減少が軽減されていた。PRPが放射線誘発性の脱毛に対して、有効である可能性が示唆された。
