| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In spleen injection, the number of liver metastasis in NASH group is higher than in normal liver group. In anti-Ki67 antibody in Immunohistochemistry, the number of stained nuclear in liver metastasis foci in NASH group was higher than in normal liver group. The ability of proliferation in Nash group was higher than in normal liver group. The ability of migration and invasion of colon cancer cell line was elevated in co-cultured with IL-13. The ability of proliferation was elevated in a concentration dependent fashion.
