Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In present study, we focused on the relation between inhaled anesthetics and histamine nervous system. We found that histamine H1 receptor was involved in loss of consciousness induced by inhaled anesthetics and histamine release from histamine neurons in posterior hypothalamus was facilitated by inhaled anesthetics.
