Outline of Final Research Achievements

The scoping review was conducted to evaluate an effect of simulation based training program to improve clinical educator's clinical education skills. As a results, we found a simulation based training effectively improved their clinical education skills. However, several limitations were revealed; most of studies had insufficient sample size and used short-term outcome evaluation using psychosocial measures for clinical educators and their students. Despite of we also developed a video scenario to improve supervision skills of clinical educators, we could not evaluate an effect of the scenario.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
