Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
This year the study focused on cultural heritage, the impact on CSR behavior displayed in organizations. The focus of research was understanding the confucian influence that shapes company policies and work practices. I have been working with a group of researchers (a global team headed by a Professor in Berlin) and have participated in active and productive discussions with them. I am now in the midst of completing a paper that will be published as a book chapter from this effort. The publication is set for late 2018.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
4: Progress in research has been delayed.
Reason
There was a major delay in the setting up of the research team (by the research leader in Berlin) and with data collection and cleaning. This also contributed to the detour of my own research on the topic of CSR and consumerism (as I needed to use some of the data from the research group that I just joined last year for my main research)

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
This year I Intend to complete the book chapter from the group research on CSR that I participated in last year and then move on to one more final data collection to look at the area of focus on consumerism, sustainability and CSR and then publish the paper accordingly.
|
Causes of Carryover |
The study is delayed hence I need to carry forward the balance to support the final research activity.
