Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this project, we developed the flexible temperature sensor by mixing the acrylate co polymer and graphite as a conductive filler. A temperature sensor shows 6 orders of magnitude change in resistivity near the temperature of a human skin. And also, we evaluated the heat protection characteristics by integration the organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) and temperature sensor. The ON current of the OTFTs is decreased as temperature is higher. We confirmed the high performance of temperature sensor as heat protection circuits.
