Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The outcome is the fact that the current situation regarding the psychological support needs of organizations related to international cooperation is clarified. As a result, it was revealed that more than half of the surveyed subjects have needs for psychological understanding, but it has been shown that there is almost no practical use for onsite psychologists. As areas where psychological support needs are high, it was shown that there is a high need for psycho-educational community support such as that centered on "enlightenment activities for local residents" and support for organizations. That is, it was shown that the need for developmental support for nurturing problem solving abilities of local and community residents is higher than the need for problem-solving support assuming a specific disease or subject as the driving factor for psychological support needs.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
