Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, ferroelasticity of mixed-conducting ceramics were investigated by using nano/micro-indentation technique with spherical indenters and compression test of micropillars. In addition to experiments, finite element analysis were performed to determine the necessary resolution for the intended evaluation.
