炭素―水素結合活性化反応の遷移状態制御研究

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では有機化学・分析化学・計算科学が連携し、緊密に情報を共有することで、従来ブラックボックスである「炭素―水素結合活性化反応の本質」を明らか にし、「炭素―水素結合活性化反応の遷移状態制御」と「安価ですぐれた触媒を設計するうえでの指針確立 」を目標とする。平成30年度も、平成29年度までに得られた結果を基に、炭素(sp3)―水素結合活性化反応を測定対象とし、「均一系触媒系」(N. Chatani et al, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2011, 133, 12984.)と、「ナ ノ粒子触媒系」(M. Arisawa et al, Adv Synth. Catal. 2014, 356, 1361.)の両方の系について、律速段階の決定・塩基および溶媒の役割について検討した。また、これらの反応機構を決定するため、得られた結果を詳細に解析し、計算結果の精度を上げる為の工夫を進めた。また、実験系においては、計算化学を進める上で必要な対照実験を展開するとともに、ナノ粒子触媒によ る炭素―水素結合活性化反応の新たな例を見出しており、順調に推移している。さらに、これらナノ粒子触媒の酸化数や粒子系についても、分析研究を展開し、酢酸の果たす役割について論理的に考察することができた。

実験系の研究は計画よりも順調に進んでいる。理論系の研究についても、概ね順調に推進している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

昨年度までに得られた結果を詳細に解析し、計算結果の精度を上げる為の工夫を進め、良好な結果が得られているところであるが、実験系の研究と共に、引き続き研究展開する。

Causes of Carryover

(理由) 研究計画時に立てた大型放射光施設でのマシンタイム確保が順延となっていることから、次年度使用額が発生した。
(使用計画)次年度に大型放射光施設でのマシンタイムを確保できており、計画通り使用する予定である。
