Research Abstract

膜蛋白質を中心とする情報伝達と制御の分子機構を構造の視点から理解することを目的として、具体的には、1) 水チャネルの構造と機能、活性制御、そして高次機能の研究、2) イオンチャネルの構造と機能解析および局在化機構等による高次機能の解析、3) エンドセリン受容体B型(ETBR)等のG蛋白質共役型受容体(GPCR)の構造と機能解析の3つの研究課題を遂行した。
