Research Abstract

齋藤は、J.Jiang、佐藤健太郎と共同でナノチューブの励起子状態を計算するためのプログラムを開発した。励起子状態での電子格子相互作用の大きさから、ナノチューブの共鳴ラマンの相対強度を計算し、直径及び螺旋度依存性を明らかにした。また、佐々木健一、田仲由喜夫と共同でグラフェン、ナノチューブの特異な電子状態(エッジ状態)に関する超伝導転移温度を、電子格子相互作用行列を用いて計算した。
福山は分子性結晶の物性研究を更に発展させた。特に単一種分子金属の電子状態についての考察を進めたが、この系は分子の中心に金属があり、金属蛋白質のプロトモデルと考えられ、これからの展開が期待される。また2次元gapless Fermionにおける磁場のバンド間効果を調べ、それが軌道磁化率・ホール効果に対して極めて異常な効果を与えることを明らかにした。さらに共有結合にホールがドープされた状況下での超伝導についての研究を継続した。
岩佐は、田口らと協力して、多軌道系、及び単軌道系における電子ドーピング効果と超伝導の研究を行った。窒化物超伝導体LixZrNClにおけるリチウム組成xの連続的制御法を開発し、x<0.1においてキャリヤ数減少に伴いアンダーソン局在に向かってTcが上昇する異常な現象を発見した。また、マンガンフタロシアニンにおけるリチウムドーピング法を確立し、その1次元的強磁性とドーピングによる消失を見出した。
佐々木は、分子性超伝導体におけるモット転移近傍の電子相分離やモット絶縁体K-TCNQにおける電流誘起パターン形成などの実空間不均一電子状態を、放射光赤外分光による実空間電子状態分布測定により調べ、1次相転移との相関を明らかにした。また、分子性超伝導体における不純物効果をドハースファンアルフェン効果測定により調べた。その結果、d波超伝導体に期待される非磁性不純物による超伝導抑制効果が顕著に見られないことが明らかになった。
