Research Abstract

p電子系およびd電子系において、BドープSiCやT2Ga9(T=Ir, Rh)などの新規超伝導体の開発に成功した。また、それらの詳細な物性測定、電子状態の計算や計算手法の確立を通じて数多くの超伝導体の超伝導発現メカニズムについて解析を行った。特に、Ln2C3(Ln=Y, La)における2ギャップ超伝導、CaAlSiにおける長周期構造と超伝導特性との相関、BドープSiCの超伝導発現機構を明らかにした。
