Research Abstract

高温酸化物イオン伝導体をガス雰囲気中で電圧印加、加熱しながら、その内部の電位分布を観察し、ヘテロ接触界面における物理現象の解明することを目的に、電圧導入加熱試料ホルダーの試作と新観察技術の開発, 電子顕微鏡内ガス導入システムを試作し、試作薄膜の電解質-電極界面の高分解能観察、電子線ホログラフィーを行った。そして, 真空中, 室温にてPt電極をつけたGDCおよび YSZに電圧を印加し, 内部電位の変化を計測し、酸素イオンおよび酸素イオン欠陥の不均一分布を可視化した。また、加熱による界面近傍内部電位の変化を示すことができた。
