Research Abstract |
核スペックルはmRNA前駆体のスプライシングやmRNA核外輸送など,遺伝子発現と密接な関連をもつ核内構造体である.本研究では,核スペックルの機能と形成機構を明らかにするため,mRNA核外輸送の新規可視化解析系構築,及び核スペックルの形成阻害化合物のスクリーニングと解析などを進め,新規核内構造体TIDRの発見,核スペックルの形成と機能に影響を与える10種類の低分子化合物の同定など多くの研究成果を得た.
