Research Abstract

本研究は,1)安全管理支援システム構築の研究,2)分散化制御・計画手法の研究,3)運転支援システムの構成の研究の3つの課題で研究を行っているが,本年度には各課題において次の研究を行った.
課題1では,バッチプラントの安全管理統合システム(プロトタイプ)を実装した.このシステムは,ダイナミックシミュレータ,危険解析システム,異常診断システム,対応操作教示システムから構成され,設備異常に対応した異常進展予測,対応操作が教示可能である.また,災害時に予想される反応条件の急激な変化および非定常かつ断続的な条件変化に対する反応プロセスへの影響を調べる化学反応解析マイクロシステム構築のための設計要件を明らかにした.
課題2では,生産システムの例として,製鉄所における原料不足など異常事態に対する複数高炉での生産量の最適配分調整シミュレータを開発した.さらに,石油の生産・物流計画に関し,分散エージェント法による急激な需要変動に対応できる生産および物流拠点の配置と運用最適化のための統合シミュレータを開発した.また,被災環境下における備蓄運用計画を強化学習法により自律的に導出するための要素技術を開発した.さらに,プラントの異常を事前に予知するための手法として,適応オブザーバを用いた異常診断手法を考案した.
課題3では,コオペレータとしての運転支援システムの構成と必要機能の検討および運転員の視点や思考過程を認識する手法の検討として,プラント起動時やいくつかの異常時における運転員の情報取得行動を実験的に観察,測定および標準的な運転手順の分析をおこなった.さらに,災害発生時作業指示装置として,複合現実感を用いた情報システムの構成を行った.
上記,各課題への取組みとともに,1月末には,海外より,3名の安全間題の著名な講師および,国内からは十勝沖地震および阪神大震災での工場群への影響について2名の講師を招き,国際ワークショップ"Advanced System for Safety and Loss Prevention of Industrial Complex (Application to Mizushima Area)"を開催し,水島コンビナートの企業の技術者の参加も得て,活発な討論を行った.
さらに,平成17年8月に開催の国際会議SICE 2005 Annual Conferenceにおいて,当研究グループにより,オーガナイズドセッションを企画し,米国,および,カナダからの研究発表を加えて,本研究の成果の発表を行う.
