Research Abstract

高度安全制御統合化環境の構築に向けて、本年度は次の研究を行った.
(1)プラント情報管理システム,危険解析システムの設計,一部のプログラム化、および、DCSにより制御される連続攪拌反応槽実験装置の運用実験を行った。
(2)電気伝導度の測定しその変化から反応速度を解析するマイクロリアクターを開発に成功し、酢酸の加水分解反応速度について反応速度を解析し、既知の反応速度式とほぼ一致した結果を得て、本マイクロリアクターが反応解析に使用できることを実証した。
(3)製鉄プラントおよび化学プラントにおける分散型生産計画・物流最適化システムの整備と適用実験を行った。また,分散エージェント機能の高度自律化と知能化の研究を行い,人間との対話機能と知識獲得支援システムの試作を行った。
(4)不確かなシステム,入力制約系への安全制御系設計法の開発,故障診断法の開発とともに,アルミ板温度制御実験装置,プラント実験装置,鉄道模型制御実験装置をエージェント化して統合化環境サーバに接続し,安全制御系,故障診断に関して実験的検討を行った。
(5)石油精製プラントに対する運転手順書に基づく動的操作パーミッションエージェントを実装し,いくつかの異常シナリオを対象として有効性を検証するとともに,操作の効果の定性的予測に基づく動的操作パーミッションシステムのアルゴリズム設計等を行い、プロトタイプシステムに対して評価を行った。
(6)防災活動支援装置の運用試験を東京都日野市役所防災センターにおいて実施した,具体的には,日野市洪水ハザードマップに基づく地区内巡視および地区内での防災訓練に本装置を活用し,平成20年度からの実運用のための最終調整を済ませた.
(7)統合化環境全体を運用するアクティビティモデルの検討、構成を行った。
(8)1月末に第4回安全ワークショップを開催して、外部講師による講演とともに、本グループの研究成果の発表を行い、企業技術者等からのコメント等を得た。
