Research Abstract

本年度は最終年度として次の研究を行った.
(1)本計画において作成した統合化環境の分散エージェント構成ツールをもちいて、各分担者の研究成果をプログラム化してエージェント化し、統合化環境の構築した。
(2)統合化環境全体を運用するアクティビティモデルの構成を行った。
(3)製鉄プラントおよび化学プラントにおける分散エージェント法による分散型生産計画・物流最適化システムの整備と異常シナリオに対する適用実験を行った。製鉄所構内鉄道運転計画に対する強化学習法もエージェント化した。
(4)不確かなシステム,入力制約系への安全制御系設計法,故障診断法をエージェント化し,制御実験を行った。また、熱交換器を有するプロセス実験装置を完成させ、DCSを通して実験を行った。
(5)安全評価のために化学反応速度を紫外線光透過度のオンライン測定により求めるマイクロリアクター装置を作成し、液相化学反応において,反応速度を求めることに成功した.
(6)運転員をバックアップするための手法である動的操作パーミッションシステムを石油精製プラントに適用した.運転員の操作の影響が機能モデルに基づいて,定性的に評価される.
(7)防災活動支援装置の運用試験を東京都日野市役所防災センターにおいて実施した.
(8)異常シナリオによって統合化環境の評価を行った.異常シナリオでは,石油精製プラント,エチレンプラント(5つの熱分解炉),鉄鋼プラントの原料ヤードを模擬対象とし,地震発生により,石油精製プラントのナフサ抜き出しポンプの性能が低下した2つの場合と,エチレンプラントの熱分解炉の1器が異常発生により停止した場合を考えた.同時に防災活動支援システムも連携動作させた.
(9)12月に外部評価、2月に第5回安全ワークショップを実施して、大学教員および企業技術者等に本グループの研究成果の発表を行い、前項のシナリオに基づくデモンストレーションを行い評価を得た。
