Research Abstract

高効率で、高エネルギー分解能を持った軟X線発光分光器及び、フロー型の溶液セルを開発する事によって、金属タンパク質やDNA 等の水を含んだ生体物質, アミノ酸、酢酸、水等の関連物質の電子状態の研究を行った。タンパク質ミオグロビンにおいては、電荷移動エネルギーが著しく小さくなっており、吸着分子の違いによって、スピンや価数が容易にコントロールされていることがわかった。
