Research Abstract

ナノスケールの低次元構造体の最弱部である界面の強度評価実験方法を開発し、その場観察とマルチスケールの力学評価を行った。また、原子レベルの構造不安定性解析を行った。その結果、従来の破壊力学(連続系)概念の適用下限は数nm 程度であることを明らかにするとともに、それ以下の離散系支配領域での破壊基準を検討した。
