| Research Abstract |
The purpose of the research is to develop a method of deformation detection for a large slope by vision metrology with network RTK-GPS during three years from 2004 through 2006. Major achievements are as follows.
1. Stability Check of Network GPS: Daily coordinates of Electronic Control Points (ECPs), which will be used as control stations for network RTK-GPS in the near future, have been observed more than a year. And the position of a rover station located in the Tokyo Bay was measured with five ECPs by FKP-RTK GPS. In the third year a computer simulator was developed to see the relations of a receiver position, exposure configuration and expected measurement precision of targets.
2. Network Design of an Exposure Configuration for Displacement Detection: A sequence of mathematical formulation is developed for designing the camera and targeting configuration for a given necessary detection strength. The strength of networks is judged by precision of expected object coordinates, sensitivity and reliability of a network. An experiment by use a model validates the formulation.
3. Study on Mathematical Formulation of Hypothetical Test of Detection of Displacement Positions: A hypothetical testing method is developed to detect displacing positions of a slope.
