Research Abstract |
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is closed related with head and neck squamous cell carcinaomas(HNSCC). We reported the incidence of HPV among HNSCCs using in situ hybridization method, and showed the highest one is oropharyngeal cancer. The HPV type consisted of malignant type (16,18,31 and so on) and benign type (6,11,56 and so on). Among HNSCC we detected the highest is HPV 16. HPV E2 which is destructed is not able to inhibit E6 and E7 genes, so E6 and E7 combines p53 and Rb genes respectively Now we research HPV E2 gene transfect into Hella and Caski cell lines.
