| Research Abstract |
The teledentistry support system of real-time both directions was employed by a hospital and a dental clinic from February, 2001.
Reservation of safeties, such as mitigation of the risk of dental treatment, prediction of danger, and generating prevention of complications, was checked.
As for a narrowband, the fault of applications, such as program operation and a change of a screen, occurs.
The medical information and the medical film which were transmitted from the dental clinic were indistinct, and it turned out that it interferes with diagnosis. Then, the outlook of the system by construction of a new network and medical information and diagnosis of a medical film were considered.
IP-VPN was connected to the dental clinic 30km away from the hospital, and construction of WAN was tried.
In order to connect with a narrowband from a dental clinic cheaply in a private network safely, FLET' S Group Access Light was used.
Moreover, Metaframe and Cybozu ^<【○!R】> Office6 were introduced in order to encipher improvement in transmission speed and data.
The medical information transmitted by introduction of Cybozu ^<【○!R】> Office6 from the dental clinic has been diagnosed in the hospital.
Moreover, the smooth receiving speed became possible.
Distributing and outputting the CPU selector and analog RGB signal which can change a system in an instant by a multi-monitor splitter of a liquid crystal projector of a big screen was able to do.
Moreover, it became possible to use in the dental field as a tool which education supports.
From now on, it is due for employment and evaluation to advance the trial of a dentistry domain, to do their best in it in quest of discovery in question and improvement.
