Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、統合失調症およびその関連精神神経疾患（うつ病、双極性障害、てんかん性精神病、発達障害など）における脳神経活動異常と免疫異常の解明を志してきた。成果の概要は、下記の通りである。
①初発統合失調症のγ帯皮質活動異常の発見（under review）、②fMRIを用いたASSR異常の発見（EBioMedicine 2017）、③統合失調症の位相-振幅変調異常の同定（Biol Psychiatry CNNI 2018）、④てんかん性精神病の主座の同定（Brain Imaging Behav 2019）、⑤統合失調症の大規模共同研究（脳形態：Neuroimage Clin 2017, NPJ Schizophr 2017, Mol Psychiatry 2016、社会機能：Schizophr Res 2018, PCN 2017、眼球運動：Schizophr Res 2018）、⑦気分障害におけるγ帯皮質活動異常についての研究（J Affect Disord 2016）、⑧統合失調症の聴覚判別機能に関する研究（in prep）、⑨アジア精神病研究コンソーシアムの整備（東京大学・ソウル大学・台湾大学等）、⑩脳波-fMRI同時測定（in prep）、⑩未服薬のうつ患者における末梢血中の神経由来エクソソーム関連サイトカインの同定（Kuwano et al. J Affective Dis 2018 nov）、⑪ 疼痛性障害患者由来ミクログリア様細胞におけるTNF-αの異常同定（Sci Rep 2017）⑫発達障害関連身体疾患に関する直接誘導ニューロンでの特異的遺伝子発現の同定（Sci Rep 2017）、⑩未治療未服薬のうつ患者における末梢血中の神経由来エクソソーム関連サイトカインの同定（Kuwano et al. J Affective Dis 2018 May）
