| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究では平成29年度、浜松母と子の出生コホート（HBC Study）を活用して、自閉スペクトラム症（ASD)と注意欠如・多動症（ADHD）の中間表現型候補および危険因子候補を反復的に繰り返し測定した。１）1258名（うち男性648名）の追跡を行った。２）Mullen Scales of Early Learning, Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale, Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, ADHD Rating Scale, Social Responsiveness Scale, Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale-2 (ADOS-2) を用いた小児神経・児童精神医学的指標の計測を継続した。３）ASD特性およびADHD特性をもつ児を同定した。また，両群に共通・異なる発達軌跡を示す指標（中間表現型候補を含む）を見出し，さらに両群に共通・異なる危険因子を見出した。
ADOS-2を完了した420名について詳細な解析を行い，社会性障害SAスコアが80％タイルを超えるが反復行動・感覚異常RRBスコアが80％タイル未満の1群，SAが80％タイル未満だがRRBが80％タイル以上の２群，SA，RRBスコアがともに80％タイル以上の3群と，それ以外の0群の４つの群間比較を行ったところ，ADHD不注意得点および衝動性得点が3群において有意に高く，0・1・2群では差がみられなかった。このことから，ASD特性とADHD特性の重なり合いは社会性障害や反復行動・感覚の異常のいずれか一方に特異的に関連しているのではなく，ASDという表現型そのものに重なり合っていること，すなわち，ASDとADHDが単一のスペクトラム上に重なり合う可能性が示唆された。
