Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、授業内外(フォーマル・インフォーマル)の教育・学習活動のログを全て蓄積し、成績や履修情報等と統合することにより、教育ビッグデータを構築し、教育・学習を支援するためのクラウド情報基盤を研究開発した。これは、従来の学習分析(Learning Analytics)の研究のように、単に分析で終わるのではなく、分析結果を即座に教育・学習の現場で利活用して、教育・学習を改善し、さらにその後もデータを収集・分析して、効果を検証するという過程を循環させる。また、初等中等高等教育や社会人教育等に広く利用し、その有効性を検証した。さらに、生涯にわたる学習ログの記述・管理の手法、そのオープンデータ化・匿名化の手法、並びに、教育ビッグデータの分析・可視化手法とそれに基づく、主体的な学びを促進するための新しい教育・学習理論について研究した。本年度は、これまでに構築したシステムの最終完成版を開発し、評価を実施して、研究をまとめた。また、
教育・学習プロセスのデータとして手書き回答やオープンデータなどの多種多様な情報もデータとして取り組める枠組みを提案した。さらに、ブロックチェーンを用いて、国内外の初等中等高等教育などの異なる組織間でデータ統合を可能する教育用フェデレーション方式や教員や学生にも使いやすいユーザインタフェースをもつ、データの可視化分析ツールを開発した。去年度までの開発システムをさらに拡張・改良して、実証実験を行い、最終完成版のシステムを開発した。
