Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、広波長範囲にわたる高分解能分光測定によって、分子のエネルギー構造を精密に決定し、電子励起状態におけるダイナミクスの詳細を解明することである。本研究では、デュアルコム分光法をドップラーフリーの高分解能分子分光に応用することで、高分解能・高精度かつ広波長範囲な分子分光計測を実現することを目指した。
前年度までには、ドップラーフリー光-光2重共鳴分光法とドップラーフリー2光子吸収分光法をデュアルコム分光法へ適用し、Rb原子のドップラーフリースペクトルを測定した。これらの分光法によって、Rb原子の複数の遷移をサブドップラーの分解能で観測することに成功した。さらに、これらの高分解能デュアルコム分光法を様々な分子の測定に適用するために、デュアルコム分光法における高感度分光の手法を研究した。モードフィルタリングのデュアルコム分光法への適用、変調分光法や蛍光分光法の適用によって、デュアルコム分光法における測定感度の向上を実証した。本年度には、共振器分光を用いた高感度分光法(キャビティーエンハンスド吸収分光法)の研究を行った。光周波数コムを光源に用いた共振器分光法では、光周波数コムの多数のモードを高フィネス共振器に同時に共鳴させることによって、高感度かつ高波長域での測定が可能となる。また、共振器内ではコムの各モードのパワーが増幅され、非線形分光であるドップラーフリー分光法への応用に利点がある。光周波数コムを用いたキャビティーエンハンスド吸収分光システムを構築し、この分光法における感度と精度の評価のために、近赤外波長におけるCO気体の0-3バンドの吸収分光計測を行った。この実験結果からは、将来のデータベースのために有用な、CO気体の吸収線形におけるcollisional効果に関するデータが得られた。
