Outline of Final Research Achievements |
For school teachers and Nursery teachers, reflection on daily teaching practice is regarded as one of the core concepts comprising specialization, and it can be expected that the cultivation of such necessary innate qualities will be fostered during the training course. However, there is a shortage of knowledge regarding the methods of cultivating reflection and its implementation. Therefore, in the present study, based on the appreciative inquiry (AI) approach, which is one of the methods of organizational management, we developed a training program for early childhood educators and teachers to develop their individual reflection capabilities, and verified the effects through teaching practice.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
