Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成30年度の最終年度において、ND モデルを用いて、時間の推移とともに、 ネットワークの変化、時系列的な傾向分析を行った。マツダの洋光会のネットワークは不安定の傾向を明らかにすることができた。また、同時進行の形で NPD モデルを用いて、 多重ネットワークの変化を考察しながら、モデル間の計算結果を比較し、定性分析と計量分析の融合を目指して、新たな理論開拓を試みた。マツダの洋光会と比べるために、トヨタの協豊会のネットワークを取り上げる予定だったが、十分なデータを収集することができなかったため、論文の発表までは至っていない。ところが、NDモデルやNPDモデルをベースに開発したネットワークベースのDEAモデルをはじめ、Fragilityという脆弱性指標を主とするFragilityモデルや複雑系理論を取り入れた勢いの計算モデルを完成している。また、多次元ネットワークを用いた企業間関係の予測は、回帰モデルや移動平均モデルなど従来の予測方法よりもはるかに高精度のことを解明することができたので、今後多次元ネットワークの予測モデルを開発していくことが可能である。さらに、協力者たちと一緒に、グラフ理論をベースとする組織構造の理想的なモデルを開発しながら、AIや機械学習のモデルを開発するための画像処理の論文を多数発表したほか、企業間関係のロボティックな関係を解明した。企業間関係をはじめ、意思決定や戦略の策定などについても、不確定性の環境においても、人工知能などのAIのツールを用いれば、合理的な企業間関係の構築ができ、斬新な企業経営モデルを構築することができることを確認したため、本研究の基本目的を達成したといえよう。今後、人工知能と機械学習を導入した多次元ネットワークのモデルの開発と予測モデルの構築のための応用研究を行い、本研究のさらなる発展に挑戦していく予定である。
