This research project aims to investigate the effects of globalization (GB) on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate governance (CG). The results of panel data analysis show that there exists a positive relationship between GB and CSR/CG. As firms indicate a higher degree of globalization, management tends to take more actions on implementing CSR/CG.
